The following terms and conditions apply to all bookings made on penichedaphnes.fr.
Offers and conditions are valid on the day they are consulted. They are updated regularly; nevertheless, all bookings taken will be honoured on the time of stay according to the specified conditions.
The booking will be final as soon as we acknowledge receipt of it.
In case of overbooking, we will mutually agree on a new date for the stay.
For a booking on the day or less than 24 hours before the start of the stay, please contact us by phone on +33 (0)1 30 36 18 88 or +33 (0)6 09 26 80 58.
In case of cancellation less than two months before the reserved date, there will be no refund for the booking.
In case of bad weather, riots, war, mass events, serious damage to the boat or administrative decision making your stay impossible, the booking will be refunded.
The price is inclusive of V.A.T. It excludes the Residential Tax set by the municipality.
Rooms are available from 4pm on the day of arrival until 12pm on the day of departure. Depending on the availability of the boat, we may extend these times to accommodate your personal circumstances.
The earliest arrival time will be set at the time of booking.
The establishment is a non-smoking space. Pets are not allowed.
Guests must commit to be respectful of the establishment and in particular of other guests.
The maximum number of people allowed on board at any one time is 10.
Children must be carefully supervised at all times and are under the responsibility of the parents or accompanying adults.
Any damage done on the boat by the guests will be charged to them.
The establishment cannot be held responsible for any loss, theft or damage to guests’ belongings in the common areas of the boat, in the rooms if left unlocked and in cars left on the parking lot.
